Rallyn Dane[]

Rallyn Dane does not, by any chance, represent what one might think a Jedi should be. Sure, she is intelligent, Force-sensitive, eager to learn, unbelievably generous and patient, does not judge people under any circumstances and empathy is one of her strongest points. Albeit she definitely does not strike anyone as a regal, respectful and serene Jedi like those people usually associate the Council with. On the contrary, she is much of her parents'(at least from what she had been told) daughter and her brothers' sister and namely, will never pass an occassion for a free drink, a chance to dance away the night or to simply goof around with younglings. Lying her youth of spirit and good-nature aside, Rallyn takes her training very seriously and can get very competetive when sparring with a living creature; as innocent and loving as she is, Rallyn Dane is truly a weapon beyond lethal when in battle. She is infectiously optimistic and much like the rest of her living family had always been up for adventure and as patient as she is, Rallyn is definitely an untamed spirit that would travel the galaxy as it is long and wide, to learn more, experience more and live more. However, her pverly positive idea of existance and a sense of naivety in fact, does not apply to Rallyn's attitude towards herself. Namely, her immense insecurity that stretches itself from the most trivial matters such as looks to those crucial ones like her skills and talents, which makes her fail miserably in tasks that require placid self confidence.

Taken away from her parents while still a 'bundle of joy' Rallyn did not experience proper, or at least commonly accepted visage of, family life. Even though the Jedi Temple surrounded her with warmth, tender care and love as well as provided the child with thorough education, something that she would not have otherwise got, Rallyn spent most of her chilhood wondering where she had come from, tbc

Rallyn Dane grew up without knowing much about her family and line of descent, all she had been told was that she had been born on Corellia and came from a family of star shipbuilders (which later turned out, as Rallyn herself put it; 'loads of bollocks'), as a twin sister to Soryn Dane and the more Force- sensitive out of the two. She had been more than eagerly handed to the Jedi Masters of the Council as her parents had no time, money or will to support two children and they'd rather keep the son, who would eventually help them to 'run the bussiness' than a girl buzzling with midichlorians. And so Rallyn Dane had been handed off to join other talented kids on Corusant that were to followe the path of the Jedi, some with more luck some with less. Apparently, not long after the birth of Rallyn's youngest brother the Dane family fell into depts due to Rallyn father's gambling and was, as a result, sold into slavery. Soryn and Mac eventually became free people, at the age of 20 and 15, the tough life that they lead teaching them well how to fend for themselves and use their multiple skills to make their way in the world.
